Fellow citizens of Palm City, as you no doubt have experienced, gang violence has reached an all-time high. Traveling on the streets of even formerly "safe" neighborhoods has become increasingly hazardous and the response time of ARK troops lags longer and longer, when they even bother to show up at all. I am working on discovering what has sparked this heightened warfare among Palm City's underworld, but given how especially dangerous it is to get around the city right now, I need your help more than ever to stay current on the latest developments.
